Returns
We want you to love your jewelry as much as we do. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're of course welcome to return it. Just follow the steps below — we're here to help!
Register
Click on the 'Return Portal' link above to register your return using the Track & Trace number from your original order. After registering, you will receive a QR code that can be scanned at your chosen return point.
Packaging
Place the items you wish to return in the original packaging and shipping box. Please ensure the items are in the same condition as when you received them. Don't forget to remove the original shipping label.
Shipping
Take your shipping box to a return point near you. Be sure to bring the QR code you received in the first step, as it will be used to print your return label at the location. The costs of returning an order are €4,95.
Refund
Once we receive your returned jewelry, we will inspect the items. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
